Our return policy is simple - love our products, or send them back.

Email us your name and the email associated with your order at kevinjeremylin@gmail.com There are two ways to get your money back from Stamp if you are not 100% satisfied during the first 60 days.

1. Ship it back - We will give you instructions. Send the package back and once we receive it, we will refund you the entire cost.

2. Refund and keep it - We will process a refund of 50% of the entire cost within 24 hours. You do not need to send the product back to us. 

Approval

We will notify you within 24 hours once you submit a request. In rare circumstances that we detect our refund policy is being abused, we will not issue a refund.

Once the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues 

Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
